Synthetic environment. Everything shown runs on realistic, deliberately-fake data — no real patient information is connected yet. Names shown (Mari, Dr. Elizondo, Stephanie, Yvonne, LeAnn, Lori) are staff roles, never patients. Real patient data connects only at go-live, inside AWS under a signed HIPAA agreement.
